The Crescent-shaped Table
In the corner of the study room, the girls talk and smile
Along with the books and papers they pile
And the silence with hisses you can hear within a mile
Do you think it needs an aisle?
Amazing hails and rains, and cold weather
Yet, they made blue sky, and clouds, and birds wither
This shy peeping sun indeed makes colder; gets sober
Where is the heater?
They keep working in this crescent-shaped table
A perfect place to stumble
The road is wet and clean; it has a pimple
Shouldn’t you gamble?
Remnants of fallen maple leaves
The most magnificent gift the God gives
Now it is time to create shifts
Between the crescent and the park, it drips; it grips
